Hundhjälpen i Uppland

For investors

Our vision is to offer a service that quickly, reliably and without discomfort detects persons infected with COVID-19, resulting in reduced spread of the virus. The service is performed with the help of specially trained Corona dogs.

Hundhjälpen i Uppland AB is currently looking for investors to cover start-up costs. These costs include, above all, training of the selected Corona dogs.

We start by training four dogs for virus detection, the main cost being the salary expenses for training staff. The cost of purchasing dogs, as well as various operational costs, for example food, veterinary costs, etc., also account for a significant part of the total cost. A detailed investment plan can be presented on request.

The unique thing about this offered service is that it is possible to quickly find persons that do not carry the COVID-19 virus and who do not need further testing or care. This is done in a non-invasive way (invasive = examination where you penetrate the body with an instrument or through surgery), which is desirable as today’s sampling with throat / nasopharynx samples is considered unpleasant for persons being tested.

The benefits of a corona dog are many. For example, less expensive than today’s laboratory tests, testing without discomfort for the person and a quick response that enables an important help in reducing the spread of the virus.

The service will be needed for a long time to come. Today we see a third wave of COVID-19 infection, at the same time as the vaccination rate is slower than expected. New variants of SARS-CoV-2 also start to appear. Today we do not know 1) how long is the period of protection upon receiving the vaccine 2) is the vaccine effective against new virus variants that appear. In all likelihood, we will have to live with this for a while longer.
